- Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached;
- Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects. Please contact us after delivery if you identify a defect;
- Products purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return. Check the product conditions before purchasing;
- The request for a return due to a defect must be made within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
How to Request a Return:

- Shipping: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items. If you prefer to exchange the item for another size or color, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to verify the reported defect;
- Refunds for defective products will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
